Summary:
The computer wore tennis shoes: Dexter Riley, a handsome but bumbling Medfield College student, accidentally becomes The Computer Who Knew Too Much when he is transformed from half-wit to genius in an electrifying computer mishap.
The great locomotive chase: This true-life historical adventure is based upon a real incident in the American Civil War. It is the story of the Andrews' Raid, an incredible plot to cripple the railroad system of the Confederacy and break the back of the Civil War.
The happiest millionaire: A happy and unbelievably lucky young Irish immigrant, John Lawless, lands a job as the butler of an unconventional millionaire, Biddle. His daughter, Cordelia Drexel Biddle, tires of the unusual antics of her father--especially since the nice young men around town all fear him. Wouldn't you fear a father-in-law that keeps alligators for pets and teaches boxing at his daily Bible classes? Cordelia decides to run off to boarding school and promptly finds the man of her dreams. Unfortunately, his family doesn't approve of Biddle's outrageous antics, either. A Disney musical punctuated by snappy songs and an energetic debut by Tommy Steele. This is reportedly one of the last live- action films Walt Disney personally oversaw.
Herbie goes bananas: While Herbie the Love Bug is in Rio de Janeiro racing, he runs into a number of misadventures.
Napoleon & Samantha: Two young children suddenly find themselves in charge of a gentle, aging circus lion. However, when the authorities threaten to split them up, the trio embarks on a perilous journey across the American Northwest. During their adventure-filled odyssey, they seek help from a sympathetic, free-spirited mountain man.
Something wicked this way comes: Terrible things happen when Mr. Dark and his Pandemonium Carnival come to town.
